Northumbria Nomads took a 15 point lead into the Handicap Plate final against Div 3 Champions FOWS Juniors . After the 1st period Nomads had extended the gap to 25 , and then were still 8 up at half time . FOWS Jnrs took the lead half way in the 3rd Quarter but Nomads stuck to the task and regained the advantage. The final quarter saw FOWS Jnrs take control half way through it by hitting their free throws , and eventually FOWS Juniors ran out 193 -168 winners .
