For TML Teams
Please take this as a formal notice of ……………...….
a) An Extraordinary meeting of the Tynemet League .
b) The " TML Registrations " meeting ( every TEAM must send a Representative to this )
Papers for the above meetings have been sent separately by email to all Affiliated Tynemet League TEAM Contacts .
If you have not received them then please contact me at the email address at the end of this message
The meeting is to be held at 7pm in Upstairs Room 3 of the Eagles Community Arena , Scotswood Road , Newcastle . NE4 7AF.
Car parking is 50p per hour ( or you can get this free if you spend £1 in the Café ) . Some free On-street parking is available just outside the barrier .

The EGM is a necessary formality to change anything in the Constitution . This will probably take 10 minutes .
The Registrations meeting will NOT be like previous years .
There will be no Registrations taken , or Money accepted .

You have already been asked by the Tynemet Treasurer to pay your £60 Tynemet League Team Fee online . BEFORE the Sept 11th meeting
Your Players have to do their own Basketball England Registration online .
Your Club Administrator must pay the £60 Basketball England Club fee online .
Your Players have to Affiliate to the Tynemet League online ( free )
There is not much time left before the start of the season ( Sept 23rd ) and the Basketball England Membership Portal has been struggling to cope .
So PLEASE press your Team members to get on with the tasks .
Once they have achieved the B.E. Full ( Green) Membership status ( £15 ) then they are both Insured and eligible to play in the TML . ( along with Affiliating to the TML )
IF there is time at the end of the above meetings I will endeavour to try and help attending Reps understand some of the BE Membership Portal issues .
So if it is not you in attendance please appraise them of anything you want help on . I am not saying we can solve all the problems though .
