This is a reminder that the Quarterly TML meeting will take place at the Eagles Community Arena at 10.30 am on Sunday March 15th .
ALL TML TEAMS MUST SEND A REPRESENTATIVE, OR FACE A LARGE FINE .
That meeting was due to preceded by an Officiating Seminar at 9.30am however …………………..>
It was the Area Executive Committee’s intent to deliver an Officiating Seminar (for Refs + Table Officiating) on Sunday 15th March 2020, but due to the poor attendance at the December version this is now being replaced by an Administration Problem Solving session.
So please do NOT attend at 9.30am on that date expecting the original Officiating Session.
The replacement Administration Seminar at 9.30am is specifically to
address………………………..
) a) ------- Problems of access to the Tynemet League Team/Club generic e-mail accounts.
Please bring the device that you wish to use to connect to your account.
b) -------- Difficulty of access to the TML Website, and/or how to use its functions.
c) -------- Providing necessary data to the Area/League Registrar.
d) -------- Refs not getting regular Sunday emails advising them of the release of more available games.
e) -------- Fully Registering all Official’s Licences with the Basketball England Website.
f) ------- Club Administrator’s access to the Basketball England Website.
g) ------- Any other such issue …………
It is recommended that all TML Club/Team Contacts who are having any of the above issues come to the Seminar at 9.30am -10.30am at Eagles Community Arena on Sunday 15th March 2020. However, any member may attend.
Almost all communication from the Area + TML is sent to the Club/Team generic email accounts. If you are not monitoring it then then you will miss essential information.
Additionally, ALL active Officials (Refs + TO + Coach) must have their BE Membership number (beginning with A……) and ADDITIONAL BE Licences for each other role (Beginning with R……or T……. or C……...).
Next season we will be asking you to provide these additional numbers! (Your “A” number will remain the same, but your R/T/C number will change)
